Join our Flexibility Class to enhance your skating performance and overall physical well-being. Our carefully crafted program focuses on improving joint mobility, warming up the muscles, enhancing body coordination, refining Biellmann and twine techniques, as well as enhancing balance. Our small group setting ensures personalized attention to each student.

Join our group classes if you don't prefer studying alone. We provide weekly classes on jumping, spinning, and stretching. We focus on each student, tailoring exercises to individual capabilities!
4 group lessons. 1 week. Ideally consisting of 2 jumping sessions, one stretching class, and one spin session. This schedule offers the minimum required training for noticeable progress.
6 group lessons. 1 week. We recommend to visit 3 jumping lessons, 2 flexibility and one spins class. With this schedule you will see the improvement of your technique very fast.
4 lessons. 1 month. For those who prefer a regular once-a-week schedule.
8 lessons. 1 month. Build a steady schedule by joining a chosen group lessons twice a week.
16 lessons. 1 month. Optimize your training regimen with our comprehensive package, carefully balancing efficiency and effectiveness in your schedule.
24 lessons. 1 month. A package designed for a champions who are committed to consistent and comprehensive training.
If you’re keen to join a group but can’t make the scheduled lesson time, you can submit a request for a customized group. We’re happy to create a group tailored just for you. Feel free to invite your friends, as groups are formed with a minimum of 3 participants.
